The Markham location is adamant on banning remote work, forcing people into the office 3-4x a week. Upper management is rude and disrespectful and gets mad if you take sick leave.
Listen to your employees! Most of them are more productive at home instead of commuting to the office every day. Do not ignore employee survey results.
