The interview was straightforward. It consisted of two rounds over two days. A mixture of seasoned and new engineers participated in the interview process. There was also a hands-on component, as this position involved working in one of the labs.

You will receive an email from the hiring team. The interview was conducted on Microsoft Teams, where we had to stream our screens. The questions were very difficult to answer, but I still found most of them fair.

Screen interviews were followed up with other interviews. Most companies follow almost the same process. The initial screen was to check basic knowledge, with follow-up interviews focusing on more technical depth.
