Okay place to work
Management tries to communicate with employees, work hours are flexible, and I get to work on interesting projects that directly lead to products.
They keep cutting costs, and we're asked to work with minimum resources and amenities. It's discouraging that we're always being squeezed.
I realize that we went through several tough years, which is why many benefits have been cut.
Now that the economy is recovering, we're losing many good people.
I'd like the management to offer more to employees, instead of only giving empty words.
