Great Place for Interns to Learn
- Great project for interns.
- Most colleagues were willing to mentor.
- Independent without extreme supervision.
- Lots of general training sessions for interns.
- Possible for interns to join full-time training sessions.
Documentation was lacking. It's rather hard to find the necessary information for interns to do their projects, and it can consume project time longer than it optimally can be.
Providing basic learning materials and documentation will be of great help to newbies.
