Underpaid and overworked. Managers are not technical. Be careful when managers ask you to work extra hours during crunch time. The bonus often falls short of the target. Also, the finance people only care about their bottom line and not you. The location in Austin is kind of suburb-ish, and you need to drive to get anywhere.
AMD profits have gone up. Use that money to keep talent before they all start leaving the company.
