Not enough work for interns
In my experience, most of the people on your team are nice and ready to help you if you ever need it. Rory has been doing a great job shuffling things lately.
I worked there as an intern and knew quite a few interns there. Most of the interns were doing mundane jobs, even though they asked for work regularly. Interns are not provided work and not inspired to make a significant contribution to the company, which is both bad for the intern and AMD.
