AMD Interview Experiences
Test Engineer
Phone interview first. They asked me some general questions related to Verigy tester experience. Then, a 1:1 interview followed with about six engineers. Most of them were young and technically related. An offer came in a week later.
Software Engineer Intern
The process felt disjointed with unusual follow-up times. However, all recruiters and interviewers were very friendly. It seems the teams, rather than HR, control the timelines. Interviewers were very knowledgeable.
Lead Engineer
The hiring process was very quick. The recruiter followed up with me pretty quick. 1 interview with manager and 5 technical rounds. The interviews went well but not sure what went wrong. They decided to move ahead with another candidate.
