A recruiter reached out to me regarding a position I hadn’t applied for. Two interview rounds were scheduled a few days apart: * The first with the Manager. * The second with two Senior Engineers.

First, a basic telephonic interview. Basically, they asked about the resume. Second, an on-site interview. There was a coding round and VLSI. I didn't know much about VLSI. It's easy to crack if you know your thing.

The interview went smoothly, but I don't know why there's a delay in receiving the result. We don't even know whether we have been rejected or are still under consideration for the position. AMD should improve its communication with candidates. They
