IT infrastructure not maintained, poor job stability, company growth is minimal if not absent, salary growth is slow, bonuses are not great, senior management makes poor decisions, and there are lots of layoffs affecting critical resources.
Please stop getting rid of critical employees! We are stretched thin as is, and if you continue getting rid of all of the people that matter, we will never catch up to the competition.
