Do it the American way, even if it's immensely inefficient, or lose your job!
Come to terms with the fact that Austin does NOT know it all. Should have listened to Canadian expertise in mixed-signal integration. Now that the damage is done, your top guys are playing a massive cover-up game (of their mistakes) and getting rid of some of your best people in Canada.
