Strong foundation in GPU division
Heavy politics throughout the company. AMD brought over the politics into ATI post-merger.
Middle management from the CPU side are only concerned about maintaining their entourage and do not appreciate what the GPU group has done in terms of technical efforts.
We need to minimize politics at the engineering/working level and boost company morale from middle management downward.
