Laid back, slow, not too hard. One can find something that they are interested in because there is a lot of work to do and the company cannot afford to hire the staff necessary to get jobs done.
Everyone is always looking over their shoulder and acting very defensive because layoffs are always right around the corner.
Make a decision and stick with it. Stop canceling projects after time and money have already been spent and wasted.
