Teammates & most people in the company are really knowledgeable about their domain specialties.
Also, great culture, very amazing people on the team and within the company.
It's pretty disorganized in some parts due to teams not being well integrated with each other, even though they may have dependencies on one another.
Work-life balance is another thing that needs to be improved upon.
Get teams to properly support each other at each step in the process for each HW/FW/SW design.
