Nothing, but if I have to think hard, it'll be ESPP options because in this way we can invest in US stocks for a subsidized amount.

- Highly micromanaged culture
- No global and creative outlook
- Many employees feel stuck here because they believe it's safe to remain rather than upskilling and exploring better options.
- No work-life balance.
