The interview happened over Zoom, although it felt like the candidate was already chosen by the time I was interviewed. The format was rapid-fire technical knowledge questions. I always wanted to work at AMD, but this disillusioned me.

The interview process was very smooth and well-organized. The recruiter kept me informed at every stage, and the interviewers were friendly, engaging, and genuinely interested in my experiences. Overall, it was a great and encouraging experience.

Applied through the school job portal and interviewed with two engineers. This was a pretty standard technical phone screen, including: * Two coding questions in C. * General PC knowledge. * Behavioral questions about my resume.
