It is a trigger-happy management, especially when throwing away valuable engineers.
In my experience, the head has no accountability. They promise a lot and do nothing. Some requests were pending for 1.5 years, even after promises of completion within a month's time.
The management retains submissive people.
I find senior engineers refusing actual engineering work and instead expect a couple of folks to work under their useless guidance to usurp the visibility that the low-level engineer should be getting. They are also not technically good enough to be called seniors.
Please put the company before yourselves and your position.
The interview process was standard. The coding challenges were fair but not too difficult. Communication was not too clear, and the feedback was non-existent. Overall, it was an okay experience.
I still haven't given the interview, so I am trying to know the questions first. Your site is not allowing me to see them, and I am a student. I just cleared the OA, which consisted of both MCQs and coding questions. One coding question was an easy D
The recruiter held an initial interview, where they asked typical interview questions and said they would get back to me. After a few weeks, they never reached out. I was waiting for a response, but had no luck.
