Great Company, Poor Compensation
Great company culture.
Great people, depending on the team.
Interesting work, depending on the team.
For the most part, people are honest and there's no BS.
Decent work-life balance.
Compensation is low, especially compared to California and Texas, even when take-home pay and cost of living are factored in.
Compensation should be improved to reduce turnover, and because Toronto/Markham has a very high cost of living.
