Friendly Culture, Uncertain Future
AMD was a good company to work for due to the positive and friendly environment. People there were very friendly. Work-life balance was also excellent.
The long-term financial future of the company doesn't look good. Nvidia and Intel seem to have a larger market share, and therefore the company's future is uncertain.
Good work with maintaining staff satisfaction and compensation. However, the company's future and finances are uncertain, and that causes some worries amongst staff.
