Great people and office environment, but there's a lack of direction
The people are great. A very family-friendly company. The office always has a good feel to it. It is very rare to run into anyone that is not nice.
I wish the company had a solid direction in the industry, instead of being happy with being number 2. This mentality goes all the way down, too.
