Unacceptable Experience with AMD
I don't think there are any pros for AMD.
I typically try to avoid leaving negative reviews, but my experience with AMD has been so poor that I feel it’s necessary to warn others.
This review will cover the problems I encountered with their software, customer service, and overall business practices.
I felt that many managers (especially if they are South Indian) show partiality between contractors and full-time employees, as well as partiality based on regional backgrounds, like North vs. South.
The leave policy is also unfair. As a contractor, you have to apply for leave on January 1st, but full-time employees are not required to do so. Why is that?
Additionally, if your lead thinks you are growing, they might try to put you down.
