Great company for learning and growth
The people are genuinely amazing. They hire several interns, so I didn't feel alone at any point as there was a large intern community. The work is absolutely amazing and impactful, as I got to work on the products directly and was working with actual clients as well in some cases.
Personally, I felt the onboarding could have been slightly better in terms of having a proper dedicated mentor who was not super busy and had time to train properly. I had friends in other teams who did actually have such mentors, so maybe it was just my team, I guess. But it did lead me to take a bit more time to settle in properly.
