This is one of the few companies I have worked for which drastically upped my game to a whole new level. The work is very 'researchy' and the emphasis is on great products. One can learn three times faster than at many other places.
I witnessed a lot of restructuring and lay-offs, which kind of throws you off for a few days and makes you question your division's stability. If you are game for a roller coaster ride and you happen to be in a great team, then there is no shortage of great experiences here.
It would be great if one could meticulously address the metric on the 'number of restructurings' that happens in a period of time. Sometimes, a lot of restructuring means bad assumptions were made during the inception of the project.
