Fair testing infrastructure in place. Good software automation and several savvy employees. Flexibility and good work/life balance.
Layers of mid-management.

The interview process had a total of 6 rounds. Every interviewer was good and friendly. Initially, the manager provided information about the team and the work. Following that, I was interviewed by 5 other members of the team.
The interviewer asked for very detailed knowledge and looked for specific keywords in the answers.
