Process
I interviewed with a group of 3 individuals, including the hiring manager. The whole time the individuals were laughing, which made me feel uncomfortable. I knew they were laughing at my accent. I would not want to work for a company that doesn't respect other people. It's the worst interview experience I have ever had.
