I had one on-campus interview. The interview was not the usual interview style and was shocking. The interview was about 30 minutes. The interview also started about 5 minutes late.

Company culture is the worst

Pros: No pros, as this is a terrible place to work.
Cons: Salaries are a joke. All management and upper leadership preach transparency and are so not transparent.

Pros: The new HDQ is really nice. The separate IT building makes parking easier compared to the main buildings. Also, the IT building has a covered walkway, which is very nice during rain or the sweltering summer.
Cons: US Air management has ruined AA. No longer the great company it once was.
Several in IT management (like level 6, I think it was) had zero management skills. They had been other IT workers promoted, but didn't have the skill set to manage people.
Flight benefits can be very hard to use. Standby travel was easier 15-30 years ago.

Management was nice too.
Cons: The IT Dept decided to move to a DevOps approach, which didn't include QA.
