Software Developer Interview Experience - Dallas, Texas
Process
Starts with a coding challenge with 2 of the devs giving you the question. You can solve it in any IDE you choose. If you finish, that's just a quick pair programming session to test your knowledge on some OOP stuff. If you pass, you move to a panel interview with a team who wants to take you in. They just pick your brain for about an hour or so (stuff like domain knowledge, etc.). Be honest because they do have architects in there and will know if you try to BS them.
