I met with recruiters at a college campus career fair. I landed an on-campus interview after the career fair. I interviewed with two AA software developers. It was about 30 minutes long. It was a generally positive experience.

Pros: Coworkers are really encouraging, the pay and benefits are good, there's encouragement for job opportunities within the company, it's very flexible, and management tries to listen to employees.
