American Airlines Interview Experiences
Engineering Co-Op
Go in, introduce yourself, and stay strong in your body language as well as your own voice. Two people will interview you. They can be engineers or HR. They will ask personal questions first, then questions for calculation.
Industrial Engineering
I had an on-site interview at HQ. I had four different interviews with three different departments (two being in one department). Two 45-minute interviews, then lunch with some team members, then another two interviews. After that, you are free to go
Mechanical Engineer
There were a lot of ups and downs during the interview, but it did turn out to be a great experience, and I would do it all over again anytime. Love the process.
