You will get training at AA for all their aircraft types. Each day you will work on different aircraft; it is not boring.
There are several cons to working here.
The training mentioned earlier is very lacking.
It is enough to sign the aircraft logbook, but it is up to the individual to take action to learn more.
Listen more intently to the workers and their problems.

Aircraft Maintenance Technician
A very quick interview event that involved a practical portion and questions. There was very little time to decide whether or not to accept the offer. It involved a rapid drug test on the spot and fingerprint checking.

Two parts. The first is a mechanical test, and then if you pass, you get the behavioral test. Which was basic Starr questions. Overall, not bad. I just didn’t expect the mechanical test, lol.
