The hardest part is dealing with management. There's lots of micromanaging. Work environments vary depending on the base. Most co-workers are pretty relaxed and easy-going. Overall, a good place.
Weak unions. Company enforced policies not in the work agreement.

Aircraft Maintenance Technician
A very quick interview event that involved a practical portion and questions. There was very little time to decide whether or not to accept the offer. It involved a rapid drug test on the spot and fingerprint checking.
