OT is available. I fly standby home for free. The training program is intense, but suits the career field.
I will never get to work at the location closest to where my family lives. If, by some miracle, I did get to work in AZ, someone would bump me, and I'd have to leave.

Aircraft Maintenance Technician
A very quick interview event that involved a practical portion and questions. There was very little time to decide whether or not to accept the offer. It involved a rapid drug test on the spot and fingerprint checking.

Two parts. The first is a mechanical test, and then if you pass, you get the behavioral test. Which was basic Starr questions. Overall, not bad. I just didn’t expect the mechanical test, lol.
