Compensation- New contract allows for better pay.
The new contract doesn’t allow for lead technician roles to be competitive. The role is based on seniority, which doesn’t translate to the best man for the job.

Aircraft Maintenance Technician
A very quick interview event that involved a practical portion and questions. There was very little time to decide whether or not to accept the offer. It involved a rapid drug test on the spot and fingerprint checking.

Two parts. The first is a mechanical test, and then if you pass, you get the behavioral test. Which was basic Starr questions. Overall, not bad. I just didn’t expect the mechanical test, lol.
