Politics. People complain all the time. You have a choice: quit. You should have listened to your parents and stayed in school.
Stop trying to reinvent the wheel. Our job is to get folks from A to B safely, on time, and with all their stuff. Instead of nickeling and diming passengers, why not give them free stuff? People absolutely love freebies.

Aircraft Maintenance Technician
A very quick interview event that involved a practical portion and questions. There was very little time to decide whether or not to accept the offer. It involved a rapid drug test on the spot and fingerprint checking.
