Negative, rude, lazy coworkers. The entire "union vs. management" atmosphere is terrible. The company is too large; most of the time, the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.
Stop rewarding incompetence/laziness, especially amongst yourselves. Why should an executive of an unprofitable company receive bonuses/stock options, etc.? It makes no sense and destroys employee morale.
A very quick interview event that involved a practical portion and questions. There was very little time to decide whether or not to accept the offer. It involved a rapid drug test on the spot and fingerprint checking.
Two parts. The first is a mechanical test, and then if you pass, you get the behavioral test. Which was basic Starr questions. Overall, not bad. I just didn’t expect the mechanical test, lol.
