Pros

None to be thought of, unless you are retiring from the Air Force in this area and need a job to pay off your mortgage. Otherwise, work somewhere else.

Cons

Upper management does not care about employees. The Abilene location is nothing more than an Air Force retiree boys club with no chance for advancement. There is constant harassment for any employee who is not retired from Dyess AFB or best friends with the mechanics who retired from Dyess AFB. Most of the crew chiefs are more worried about talking with each other, insulting all the mechanics who are not their pals, and playing on their cell phones than getting the job done. Company rules are only enforced on anyone who is not part of the "club". Do not bother with this location.

Advice to Management

Lay off all Crew Chiefs and Supervisors. They are the main part of the problem.
