American Airlines Interview Experiences
Engineering Co-Op
Three-person panel interview, took about 30 minutes. Each member of the panel alternated asking questions. They were all very polite and not overly intimidating. Questions were non-technical in nature.
Data Warehouse Manager
The process was fairly simple with no major challenges. I met with several hiring managers for 30 minutes each, followed by a follow-up interview. I received a competitive offer within a couple of days.
Aircraft Mechanic
The interview was pretty standard. The base manager conducted the interview. He asked mainly questions about my experience in the industry, and there was a set of personality questions.
