Great place to get experience
Management, mentors, and the co-op program are all amazing. I've learned so much just by getting hands-on experience. These are things that you won't be taught in school, and it's a great eye-opener for those who are unsure of what it is that they want to do once they graduate.

Three-person panel interview, took about 30 minutes. Each member of the panel alternated asking questions. They were all very polite and not overly intimidating. Questions were non-technical in nature.
