Pros

The workload was usually pretty manageable.

Cons

I can only speak for the management out at DIA. If you're a contractor Fueler for AA (which means you have to stay at their gates and wait for their planes to come in to refuel), they'll kick you outside into zero-degree weather where there is nowhere close by where you can stay inside to wait for their planes. All because you don't technically work directly for AA. Therefore, you're not allowed into their break room that always has empty tables. They would not allow me to stay somewhere else outside of the break room but still in the building where there was nothing going on. The management out at DIA is absolutely terrible and lacks basic human decency.

Advice to Management

Treat people with basic decency.
