Amazing team and management, a great environment.

It was a straightforward interview. Pretty much just the standard interview questions you would get for an internship or co-op. Only one interview was required for the whole process. I got an offer about a week or week and a half later. Great com
The first interview was primarily behavioral. Some of the questions were a bit odd; "what does diversity mean to you?" This question doesn't seem quite relevant at this stage in the interview process. Other questions were just technical vocabulary.
Had 3 separate interviews for this job. First, I dealt with an American Airlines recruiter, and we went back and forth. Then the recruiter set up an interview. I had 1 or 2 more interviews after that, each time meeting different groups of people.
