American Airlines IT has a great company culture. My manager and his manager are the best managers I have ever had. They encourage a good work-life balance. Most of our production releases are done during work hours with very little off-hours.
Management cares about their employees and encourages everyone to work regular hours, minimizing overtime and off-hours. People work together and help each other rather than compete.
For me, there were no cons.
