The D in DEI stands for Diversity. When 90% of your IT staff is Indian, you are completely missing the point of DEI. Someone needs to speak up and stop letting them exclusively hire other Indians.
Your experience at AA will be entirely team-dependent, so take all these reviews with a grain of salt.
Launch an internal investigation into your hiring practices in IT before a class action suit wipes the floor with you.
