A wonderful team, a flexible work environment, people who care about you, work that's meaningful, and flight benefits that can be amazing (if used wisely).
C-level management doesn't care about updating technology, and especially updating salaries to meet current market trends. A common complaint at AA is that basically everyone is underpaid, and AA uses their flight benefits as an excuse to justify this behavior.
