Nice travel benefits if you can get a seat.
Some amazingly dedicated workers.
Improved diversity focus.
Low wages, poor morale, and no end in sight to the downward spiral.
Benefits have been decimated, quality is way down, and costs have skyrocketed.
Multitude of bankruptcy and merger complications in the past and coming in the future, no doubt.
Still way too much management and too few leaders.
Stop doing what you've been doing, and start focusing on making your customers AND your greatest assets (your employees) happy!

It was good, a very smooth process. Interviewers were nice, and a considerable amount of time was given per question. Only two technical questions were given, and it was overall a great process.
