Pros

Nice travel benefits if you can get a seat.

Some amazingly dedicated workers.

Improved diversity focus.

Cons

Low wages, poor morale, and no end in sight to the downward spiral.

Benefits have been decimated, quality is way down, and costs have skyrocketed.

Multitude of bankruptcy and merger complications in the past and coming in the future, no doubt.

Still way too much management and too few leaders.

Advice to Management

Stop doing what you've been doing, and start focusing on making your customers AND your greatest assets (your employees) happy!
