Flight benefits and 401K are very good.
Old airline mentality of pointing fingers at a scapegoat. It takes 12 years to reach the top of the pay rate in maintenance. The pay scale is now frozen for 8 more years.
Top management is doing a good job of improving performance. American Eagle requires growth, which I'm sure will be forthcoming. Hire smarter managers. Many of the ones we have destroy our bottom line.
