Politics in every way, shape, and form.
US Airways vs. American Airlines employees, racially motivated (everyone but white people), politics within Indian cultures and their need to help each other out based on the fact that they’re from India. So “diverse” that Americans are put last.
Non-US citizens lay off numerous US citizens. What a disaster of a company. Out of hundreds, I don’t know one person that is happy working there. What a shame.
Stop letting non-US citizens lay off US citizens. Why is this even possible?
Get rid of the corrupt managers. The list is too long.
Applied online. After a month, I got an email about a telephonic interview. The interview was pretty straightforward. I was asked some basic testing terms and some behavioral questions. I wasn't able to answer 2-3 out of the 12-15 questions asked.
I had one on-campus interview. The interview was not the usual interview style and was shocking. The interview was about 30 minutes. The interview also started about 5 minutes late.
Everything went smoothly. They asked a few technical questions based on my resume, and shared about the company, how they work, and what they expect from candidates.
