Applied online. After a month, I got an email about a telephonic interview. The interview was pretty straightforward. I was asked some basic testing terms and some behavioral questions. I wasn't able to answer 2-3 out of the 12-15 questions asked.
I had one on-campus interview. The interview was not the usual interview style and was shocking. The interview was about 30 minutes. The interview also started about 5 minutes late.
I went through 3 interviews. All of this was coordinated with an AA recruiter. First, I had a phone interview. Then, I had 2 physical interviews at their Houston location. The last interview asked technical questions.
