No pros, as this is a terrible place to work.
Salaries are a joke. All management and upper leadership preach transparency and are so not transparent.
Replace all leadership with quality people who can do the job, instead of hiring their friends.

Quality Assurance Analyst
Applied online. After a month, I got an email about a telephonic interview. The interview was pretty straightforward. I was asked some basic testing terms and some behavioral questions. I wasn't able to answer 2-3 out of the 12-15 questions asked.
