Pros

You will be able to travel anywhere you like, and everyone treats you with respect in the workplace, even if you are new. Great training instructors, as they have years of experience, and you will never go on a job not knowing what to do.

Cons

Sometimes it might get tough, but that's all part of the job with customer service. If you stick it out, there are many opportunities that will open up for you in the end.
