American Airlines Interview Experiences
Software Developer
This was for an internship. I got invited to this interview through a job fair at school. The interview was scheduled on campus a couple of days after the fair. There will be another round after this in AA headquarters.
Junior Developer
The interview was a day-long group interview. We had three individual interviews with 2-3 recruiters and then a written exam. They talked a lot about the company culture and the benefits.
Software Developer ADEPT Program
Was relatively easy. The interviews were with previous Adept candidates. They were fun to talk to, and the whole process was not very stressful. We had an initial phone interview to see if we would be a good fit for the program, and then we were flow
