  • Salaries are not competitive because flight benefits are marketed as having a really high value, which in practice they do not have.

Advice to Management

Many software engineers are seeking fully remote positions, especially after COVID. America's hybrid policy is not in line with that.

Give your software developers the option to work fully remote if they prefer it. Your developers are one of your most important assets. Don't lose them to bad policies.
